Rent is $1250 and includes bedroom and shared living room, full kitchen with appliances, security cameras, water / sewage, trash, electricity, internet, large walk-in closet, and private entrance to apartment

apartment is 2 bedroom 1 bath shared with one other woman usc

convenience store and restaurant 3 minute walk away

**must be able to pay full amount of two months rent and utility cost at the time of move in**

the apartment has two nest security cameras located in the front and back doors for extra security and locks were changed last month
