Cheap single room, Great apartment complex

Hey! Me and my roommate are leaving for the summer so we have our entire room available for a quarter of the price we pay. Also a private bathroom, and access to the kitchen and living room. We only have one other roommate living there during the summer so the place is basically all to yourself. Contact me for further details about the key, parking, the date the room is available till, etc. The deposit is only to make sure nothing gets damaged at our place and everything is unbroken by the time you’ll move out because we have to pay a large fee if there is anything wrong with the room.
