This is a small studio located by USC, DTLA super close to freeway 10. ( no shared bathroom nor closet space )

There is no full kitchen but kitchenette that is equipped with 2 burners and small refrigerator & microwave.

The room is partially furnished with twin bed that turns into queen bed, wall mounted smart TV, small bathroom with sink & shower and walk-in closet space.

It was recently remodeled, new floor and wall, with blind.

This unit does not come with parking space, however there are street parkings available.

The place is gated and needs key to gain access to the building. There are 24 hour monitoring surveillance systems.

Rental insruance is required

- Small house trained dogs under 30 lbs are allowed ( no barking dog allowed ) - additional fee of $50 per month with $200 deposit
- FICO score and background check will be administered, and you must be able to provide 3 references including your previous landlord's contact info & proof of fund will be required
