Come room with us! We are a couple who has just rented a 3 bedroom/3 bath townhome plus den with a courtyard and patio! Located near parks and less than 2 miles from Whittier College. and Rio Hondo College. The house is brand new, built in 2018, and everything is updated. You would be renting a large furnished den with a shared bathroom To be clear, this room does not have a door but will be sectioned off by a privacy curtain or divider. It is the only room on that floor.

What we're looking for:
- Mature, considerate, quiet and responsible
- Either employed full time or student full time
