I have 1 room available in new construction townhouse in uptown Whittier. I am open to furnishing the room if the right person comes along and does not have furnishings. Private room/closet, laundry room, possible garage space, common living area, and access to community common areas (pool, game room, gym, parks, etc.). Common living room will be furnished. House is secured with simplisafe home security. I will be living in the home as well so I would love to meet you first 😊.
