I am looking for the short term roommate at least 1 month to 3 months max until late April. The room will be ready on Jan 15.
It is townhome with 2 bedroom and 2 bath. you will have your own bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen and living room will be shared.
There is cool common areas including swimming pool, fitness, BBQ, Spa and huge renovated common area.
Street parking is available and very easy to find as it is large townhome area. Also, within 5 min walking radius, market and many restaurants is available.
Currently, the picture does not show furnished bedroom but it will be filled with Queen size bed and desk with chair on Jan 15.
