Room in large Whittier home

Close to PIh hospital, Greenway trail and Whittier Quad for shopping and groceries. Room w private entrance, private bathroom and small extra living space( could be turned in to a kitchenette or living room) looking for a professional respectful person with good stable income, references and a copy of credit check must be provided. I prefer a single occupant however if it’s a couple I will consider with a rental adjustment to cover utilities. This is a family home. No parties loud music. No over night guest or loud get togethers. Must be respectful of the rules and guidelines that will be set once rental agreement is signed. I would like the person to stay a minimum of 6 months and possible maximum of 1 year depending how it goes. It’s a lovely space in a large older home on a quiet street.
