I am seeking a roommate for a spacious 2000sqft 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. You'll have your own unfurnished bedroom, walk-in closet, private bathroom, street parking, access to brand new onsite washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher. House has Spectrum cable/wifi internet, seasonal above ground saltwater swimming pool, large backyard, laminate wood floors, tile in bathrooms, and central ac.

Large or small dog allowed. I have a big dog, we'd need to meet to see if our dogs are compatible.
No smoking, no drugs, not 420 friendly. Flexible on other living agreements, please feel free to discuss!

Current lease is thru Feb 15, 2018, with possibility of extension. I really like living here!

Deposit of $1500 plus first month rent of $1500. Additional deposit for dog. Utilities are typically under $200/month.
