Room available in Valley Glen

Hi!!! My name is Judy. The house has a lot of space and we are looking for a roommate to rent a room on the first floor. You will be very private since the house has 4 floors: first floor (the room for rent with private bathroom), second floor (kitchen and living room area), third floor (3 bedrooms) and fourth floor (rooftop). The room for rent is spacious and a queen bed easily fits in the room.

My boyfriend and I are very calm and chill. We are both professionals in our 30s and are mostly busy on the weekdays. We are looking for someone who is organized and takes care of our place like it was his/her own. Also, we don?t smoke and prefer non smokers in the house. We have a small Maltese dog that is very playful and loving.
