Writer looking for Roommate

Hello!

I'm a nerd and a writer. Looking for a roommate/sublease for my apartment. I am friendly and clean. I also have a cat. She too is friendly and clean.

The apartment is large and has a lot of amenities. It's not particularly new or fancy but it's comfortable and well maintained. The building manager lives on site and he's very responsive. We have nice neighbors and frequently people like to grill out by the pool in the communal back patio. The parking is gated. There are at least 5 grocery stores nearby. There's a really great tiki bar up the street that I believe is open again with outdoor seating.

I am vaccinated and believe in wearing masks. I don't like talking about politics mostly because it's been an exhausting year and I'm tired. I do like talking about Star Trek, movies and podcasts. I can bake bread, make pasta, and churn ice cream all from scratch. Whenever it becomes safe to do this again, I like hosting small dinner parties with friends.

I will be doing phone screenings before meeting anybody so even if you're on the fence, I would encourage you to apply and we can talk on the phone and see if it's a good fit.
