I am looking to fill the third bedroom in our apartment in a nice quiet Valley Village neighborhood. Valley Village is located near North Hollywood and Studio City. I am a professional who works in the film and entertainment industry. I would like to have a roommate who is mature (30s and up). There is a weekly cleaning schedule for the common areas and would expect the roommate to help out. There are no pets allowed, drug use, or smoking (including weed).
Utilities are separate and cost around $30-$100 extra a month depending upon usage.
