Open to negotiate price/include utilites for the right fit. Tons of amenities including pool, fire pit, grills, bike storage, gym, meeting room, garage parking, and extra storage available. Non-smokers and no pets, please be friendly, positive, quiet and emotionally stable. Pics included to show space, room fits queen-sized bed and furniture nicely, 2 closets with plenty of storage.
