Spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath for rent. I live in the den area with a partition. So my living area is not seen. You will have your own private large room, and with own private hallway with large walk in closet. Access to a shared bathroom. WiFi, gas, and water are included with rent. The power bill will be split between us bimonthly. The apartment is very spacious with hardwood floors, and granite countertops. You will have to have your own furniture for your room. Parking is street parking, but we can negotiate for a parking space. Rent is due on the first of the month . I work full time, so we probably won’t see each other too much. There is a pool, and on-site laundry room. I am a very laid back, kind, fun, and easy to get along with person. I clean the apartment once a week, so I keep the space clean. The location is great! Close to Studio City, Burbank, and only 10-15 minutes away from West Hollywood . Very safe neighborhood. I’m a single male in my 30s, I used to live with my Sister, which is why I prefer a female roommate. I have no criminal history, no sleeping disorders, no mental health issues, and no criminal history.
