GREAT 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath NO DRAMA to share

Looking for a mature awesome roommate with NO DRAMA! This is a LARGE 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse style apartment. It’s a awesome building I’ve lived in over 20 yrs! It’s a really nice older building in a nice area, built in the early 70’s. We’re located close to the 101/170/134 freeways.
Close to 5 different markets, shopping, restaurants, parks, hiking trails, schools, entertainment and more!

The room is a little larger than 11x10 that has an attached bathroom with a shower stall( no sharing-yay!). The closet is large and extends the width of the room. Pool and laundry facilities (2 washers and 2 dryers) are located on the premises. I have tandem parking as well as parking in front of the building for tenants and guests.

I am double vaccinated and got my booster in June. I need someone who is also vaccinated, COVID conscious, and will be considerate in masking up / testing when appropriate in maintaining a COVID free environment til we’re finished with all these variants.

I’m looking for someone who is mature, responsible, employed full time/ or going to school who can pay rent and utilities on time. I am asthmatic and have a number of allergies so I cannot have any smokers here. I have a medical recommendation for cannabis FYI and limit my smoking to the kitchen only and I spray Ozium to keep it smelling nice. NO illegal drugs and no couples. Social alcohol is ok.

I work Sunday- Thurs 9-6. I am able to talk on my lunch hour which is usually 1-2 pm or after work at approximately 6:45 pm. I am also a Reiki practitioner and Health Coach on the side. I meditate and also recently started some chanting that my last roommate turned me on to. I do prefer someone who is generally pretty quiet and respectful as a result.

The building requires references and proof of ability to pay the rent. I’m looking for someone wanting to stay at least 6 months. I could do a 3 month lease and if it works out we can extend it. I am a bit skeptical as my last roommate had major health issues he failed to disclose when asked.

Since we may continue dealing with potential issues with variants here in LA county, it’s important we can get along together. If you’d like to be friends I’m ok with that, but I need to know we can get along just in case we have to deal with this pandemic stuff again.
