Charming First-Floor Private Bedroom Apartment

Hi! I am looking for a roommate to move-in / start paying rent December 1, 2022.

I would also be moving in December 1.

This is a first level entry 2 bed 1 bath apartment with nice natural light.
The unit is being renovated with brand new hard wood floors, kitchen/ bathroom counter tops, new paint etc.
There is also a private patio.

Our shared spaces would be the Bathroom, Kitchen & living room.
The bathroom has a good amount of countertop space. Laundry is on-site(not in-unit).

I am very clean, and like to keep a space feeling warm & welcome. I like quiet evenings in & going out on occasion.
