Private bed/bath available in a 2bed 2bath apt

Hello!

I am sad to be leaving LA and my apartment but have a wonderful job opportunity in NYC. My current Roommate is also a native NY'er and I am helping her find my replacement.

I will be leaving for NY end of Sept and the room will be available Oct 1st.

Our current lease expires in Dec. and the option to renew is available.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful and very spacious! The bedroom for rent is large enough for a full or queen bed, dresser, night stands and if you wanted to add a second dresser, office etc and there would still be space! Great closet space as well.

Marleny (your future roommate) is looking for someone (F only please, no couples or kids) that is very clean and respectful of keeping the common areas very clean and tidy. Someone financially responsible and doesn't mind the occasional guest. Other than that she is super laid back and fun! :)

-24 hour fitness, LA Fitness, Crunch are all with in a 10 minute drive

Utilities are split between roommates. Utilities range from $60-80. This includes all utilities including internet.

Requirements:
Steady income/job
Credit/income/background check
Clean (please be very tidy and clean especially in the common spaces)
