I am looking for a guy who is either gay or gay friendly who has a Full-time job past there 90 day probationary period. That's a MUST.
I have everything here for in which to live for. I am renting out my living room that is partially furnished. Can make room for those who have stuff too.
I have a kitchen table as well as cooking equipment and utensils to cook and eat on/plates and glasses.
All is here for use.
Plus I have 3 very lovely friendly (fixed) female cats, that for the most part sleep with me at night.
Plus I have a Brand New 8 Ft Swimming Pool - Just 7ft from my front door....... Ahh.................... :)

I am looking for someone who can commit to at least a min of 6 months stay.
