4 Bedroom home (approx 1,800 sq ft), located in a nice family oriented neighborhood on a cul de sac
You get your own room (no couples please)
Room available has a private bathroom
2 car driveway, no garage, but plenty of street parking.

Washer and dryer
Backyard
Furnished home with empty roooms
Close to the 405 and 101 FWY

Things you should know:
Min of 12 month lease
First Month deposit
Utilities split 3 ways (DWP & Gas), approx $100/month each
Credit report fee
To look at the house, will need a copy of your drivers licence

-OR students: CSUN is 10-15 minute drive from the house
