Room In Large Beautiful Home Everything Paid

Everything's paid, electric, wi-fi, internet. Laundry is in the garage. The room's furnished but if you'd like to furnish it yourself you may IF you sign a year's lease.. Two electric gates make parking no problem. All space is shared, except my upstairs studio.. No smoking or heavy drinking. Friends can stay over but if it becomes like a "live in" lover, I will raise your rent, There's central air and heat. I DO expect the kitchen and bathroom to be kept clean. (The way you find it is the way you leave it.) I am a singing teacher but teach very little now-a-days)
You MUST have a job or be a full time student. I just adopted a big dog from the pound so if you don't like dogs or are allergic this would not be the home for you
