Hi guys!

I am searching for a roommate to move into the second bedroom in my apartment! The room is a nice size and does have access to a semi-private bathroom.. sharing is only expected when guests are present..

There are tandem parking spaces if you have a car

The apartment has an on-site laundry facility and pool

Common areas will be shared

It?s also pretty close to everything...

It?s a two minute a walk to Ralph?s and a mile or so from both the 405 and the 170

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM ME:
I am in school and travel in my free time so I probably won?t be around much

If I am I spend majority of my time in my bedroom watching tv or studying.

I?m pretty clean and expect anyone that will be moving in to clean up behind themselves.
