Room for rent in Van Nuys

Hello, we are a couple looking to rent out our spare bedroom. There is a shared living room space, as well as a shared kitchen space with a dishwasher. All bills are included, so lights, water, gas, and WiFi are at no extra cost. The bedroom has its own bathroom inside the room, so you? ll have plenty of privacy. We do prefer a female tenant, Couples are welcomed, but rent will be a little higher if there will be 2 people renting out the space. We are looking to rent the room out as soon as possible.
