Large living room space available!

The space we are offering is the living room. It’s quite large, and you would have free range to do anything and everything you want with the space including furniture, decorations, privacy curtains/shelves etc. My roommate and I keep to our rooms so the space would be private. We are two very easy going people, who moved to LA to continue our acting careers. We are clean, responsible, flexible and respectful without being obsessive or over bearing. The area is residential, but has many options for dining and retail and just a short drive away from Burbank/Sherman oaks/Santa Monica.
