1 Bedroom Open In 3Bd 2.5 Bath House W/ Pool (6 Mo

Hi everyone so we have ONE bedroom open in a 3bd 2.5 bath house for a 3 or 6 month lease commitment. move in date is May 1st til Oct 1st. Rent is 1,350 a month but it covers all the utilities (gas, garbage, power, & water), also covers garden maintenance, pool maintenance, wifi and YES we have a washer & dryer on the property where our half bathroom is located.
Room is spacious, has good sun light, small walk in closet, and hope you don't mind the painting on the wall (my roommate painted that). There's two bathrooms with showers in case one is busy but we rarely have that problem. Spacious living room, lots of light, beautiful kitchen. We are located in the Valley and we're 5min away from a bunch of department & grocery stores like Walmart, Ralphs, Home Depot, In n Out etc. Also open street parking, we never have trouble looking for parking.
We're looking for someone who is creative, neat & cleans up after themselves and overall respectful. There's two of us currently in the house, 1 male & 1 female, we're both from the east coast originally.
I am a music producer & songwriter. My other roommate is a choreographer, painter, & songwriter. We both do work from home at times so we would want someone who can respect our work time and loud music at certain times. But we both respect each others space and time and we always let each other know about any future work or sessions we have at the crib. Also we have 2 dogs, a cat and a turtle lol.
