2 for a Clean and Quiet Gamer/Anime/Fitness APT

Hey my name is DeVonte' and currently it's just me in a three bed room 2 story Town Home. I am looking for 2 people to fill in the room to start June 1st. All though it is month to month, I would prefer someone who plans on staying for more than a couple of months, as it is a hassle having to find roommates.

I go to work, the gym, and play video games (headphones on), and pretty much stay in my room. I love music but blasting it is a privilege for those that live ALONE so I use headphones. I keep the downstairs spotless and NEVER leave my personal belongings out. I may occasionally forget something but i always grab it that day or first thing in the AM. I wipe down counters after messes and wash my dishes. I never know when a roommate will have a guest over so I believe the downstairs should always be like that. Do not consider moving in if you are loud, do not clean your messes up after cooking, aren't respectful/house-trained.

If you are clean, respectfully quiet, and are a room type person it will feel like you live alone lol. I have a small dog named Choji and your dog is welcome. Guest are totally fine but parties without proper notice to other roommates and all that aren't. Again just all about respect. I also run the air in the summer.

You will have your own room and share a bathroom. Parking is included in the rent. It is tandem parking and it is a hidden rule that Handicap is considered guest parking lol. Our internet is super fast because i stream on twitch like a nerd.
