This is a month to month rental with a one month security deposit required to move-in. This is a fully furnished room rental in a new 4 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom located in Van Nuys, CA 91405. Rent includes utilities (water, power and gas) and WiFi, centralized AC and heating. The room includes a full sized bed with memory bedding and a computer table. You will have full access to the kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and all kitchenware. Washing machine and dryer are provided free of use. Pets are not allowed.
