Duel Master- lease take over

Looking for someone to take over my lease in a Split Duel Master set up. Own, unfurnished room with walk-in closet and private bathroom. Underground gate parking, 2 Tandem spots, 2 laundry rooms on every floor, balcony, HV/AC. No smoking in building, must be cat friendly, responsible. There is a security deposit which is negotiable. My photos are of room as I left it.

Hello, I have a split master apartment to share, so you would have your own bathroom inside your bedroom (and I have the same). I have cats already, but am willing to consider adding another pet to the mix, if you have one. The apartment building is controlled access, with subterranean tandem parking. There is central air and heat, and a dishwasher in unit. There are laundry facilities on site. The rental agency requires an application process that includes a $25 fee for processing. The monthly rent is due on the first. The $1250 includes utilities and internet.
All images are from the management company website, the common areas of the apartment are currently furnished.
