Private room/bathroom

Hello, I am looking for a roommate who I can share my 2bed/2bath apartment with. The apartment is located in Van Nuys. It’s a private bedroom and bathroom. The room has a large walking-closet and a large bathroom. The room is not furnished, but the common areas are fully furnished. There is a parking space available in the building. The apartment complex has a pool, hot tub, gym, entertainment center, and bbq. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a washer/dryer in the unit. I am asking for $500 deposit plus the rent for the first month. Long term is preferred and the lease is month-to month. For more information, please feel free to contact me.
