Split Master Apartment to Share

Hello, I have a split master apartment to share, so you would have your own bathroom inside your bedroom (and I have the same). I have cats already, but am willing to consider adding another pet to the mix, if you have one. The apartment building is controlled access, with subterranean tandem parking. There is central air and heat, and a dishwasher in unit. There are laundry facilities on site. The rental agency requires an application process that includes a $38 fee for processing. The monthly rent is due on the first.
