I am a professional currently working from home and have two cats. I'm seeking a responsible roommate to share a 2-bedroom, 2-bath in a secured building. This arrangement is for a 6-month lease with a potential extension. The offered room is fully furnished, featuring a free-standing wardrobe, desk, chair, and Roku TV.

Preferences:
- Ideal candidates will work outside the home.
- Must have good, clean credit and be non-smokers.
- Must have a proof of income (or a student loan with a co-signer)
- Must be willing to participate in a cleaning schedule and keep the common areas clean

Financial Details:
- Rent: $1200/month (utilities not included).
- Security deposit required.
- Shared utilities (currently for one person: $120 - $180 per month. Includes water, gas, electricity, trash, wifi)
