Private room in Beautiful 2 bed on Rose Ave

Just signed the lease on a beautiful 2 bed house in the perfect location on Rose Avenue - on the steps of everything Venice has to offer.

It's a stand-alone house on a 4 house gated lot - so lots of room to leave surfboards, bikes etc. The house itself is cozy, with separate living room as you enter - this opens out to an amazing outside space, BBQ, dining table under the tree... really rare space for something so close to Rose Avenue. The kitchen is a separate room behind, all fully equipped. The house is furnished - your room is not, but happy to discuss putting a bed in. The bedrooms come off the living room - both the same size, good space with great cupboards for storage. The bathroom divides the bedrooms so we don't share bedroom walls. The pictures honestly don't do it justice - it's a dreamy little cottage with everything in good order.

I moved to Venice year ago from London so know the area fairly well. Female, British, 27 - work in Silicon Beach. Really sociable, active - making the most of the surf at Venice Beach and getting in the whole LA yogi thing too. Work hard during the week when it tends to be a lot quieter, but always up for doing/seeing stuff at the weekend. I'm looking for a room-mate who I get on well with and I want to socialise with. Needs to be respectful of the house, and noise during the week, but up for having a good time too. Ideally someone similar age late twenties > early thirties who doesn't work from home, and will treat the place as their own, etc.

Re. bills we would split everything down the middle. So rent would be $1850 each, and bills inc. internet etc. and additional $100ish. Looking for short-term tenants as well as long-term depending on how well we fit!
