Looking for someone to take over my lease and fill my one bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment. My roommate is 22 and works a 9-5 and she is the best!! The apartment is in Venice, walking distance to Ralph?s and Whole Foods and also super close to the beach and Abbot Kinney. The bedroom can come furnished if you?d like and I?m open to discussing selling everything in the living room for a set price! The apartment has AC, washer+dryer, dishwasher and you will have access to the pool and Gym! You will have to apply through the leasing office as they don?t allow subleasing :(
