House is shared with one clean, respectful, quiet female in my 30s, open to male or female roommate, no couples please. Ideal roommate would be Clean, cordial, zero drama, looking for a home to be like a sanctuary to retreat to, work full-time outside the home and be open to having good communication.
Currently I am dog sitting for about a month or two so you must be ok with a dog, and please no other pets.
