Hey! I'm a 29-year-old male who recently moved from San Francisco to LA. I'm looking for a roommate, male or female, to live in this apartment in Venice. It's a furnished three-bedroom apartment with two full bathrooms, one parking spot, has a W/D in unit and air conditioning. Looking for someone to move in May 1st. The sublease will be to October 14 and then most likely be month to month after that.
The apartment is a five-minute walk from Abbot Kinney and only a ten-minute walk to the beach.
You'll also be living with the cutest puppy of all time - her name is Mija.?? Mija doesn't bark and she's crate trained. My ideal roommate is clean, respectful, social, and bonus points for being active as well - there's a Barry's Bootcamp and Golds Gym in the neighborhood.
