THE PLACE: The apartment has ocean views (hello being 4 blocks from the beach!) and a balcony to watch the killer sunsets from. It has a new washer/dryer in the unit, and each of us would have a secured parking spot in a gated area under the building. The rent for your room would be $1525 and you would be sharing a bathroom with me.
WHAT WE WANT IN A ROOMIE: We are looking for someone who is down to have some fun; someone who is okay with having some people over from time to time, but is also okay with a chill night at home too; someone looking for more than just a place to crash -- someone who is looking for roommates that will be friends :)
