1 bedroom in a cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath, first-floor apartment. Preference towards women close to my age (58) who are vegan/vegetarian to share happy, healthful, clean and peaceful home. Your room is light and bright with three large west-facing windows. There are two small sitting areas so each of us can have our own. There is currently furniture in shared spaces but open to swapping out some of it. Available bedroom is unfurnished. This is an active beach area. I have a small service dog and would prefer no more pets but will consider if they are small. $1250/month with first and security due upfront. $35 additional for purified water and wifi.
