We have the entire lower level with our own private patio, as shown in the photos.

It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, and you would be sharing with one other person, a male working professional.

The room comes unfurnished and is big, (11' x 13'), bright, and has a large closet. The bathroom is all white and it has a full bathtub/shower with strong water pressure.

The apartment is spacious and bright and has wood floors. The common area is nicely furnished.

The rent includes parking in a private enclosed 2-car garage with a remote garage door opener, electric car charging and room for bicycles.

We have our own full-size washer and dryer inside the apartment.

The room is wired for cable internet (plus there is wi-fi), and we split utilities (electric, gas, internet) and a monthly cleaning person.
