About me, your only roommate:
I’m a 23-year-old entrepreneur, software engineer, and traveler. My partner and family live in D. C. so I often fly back and forth. As a minimalist, I could list everything I own. I’m extremely clean and organized. I recently sold my startup and spent a year traveling in an Airstream with my 8lb toy poodle, Eva.

My roommate, Faith, and I have been loving this place but unfortunately, she’s leaving LA. I’m looking for another great roommate to fill her room.

You must be responsible, organized, and have a steady income. I'm indifferent to your race, gender, or sexual orientation - this house is a safe space. Unfortunately, I can not allow additional pets due to my lease. There is an application that includes a background and credit check ($30 fee).

We split the rent of $4,600 as well as these household monthly expenses (estimates, your half):
- $25 internet
- $150 gas, electric, and trash service
- $50 per housekeeping (comes for 4hrs bi-weekly)
