The apartment is in a private 4-apartment building with a beautiful bamboo garden located a 10-minute walk from Venice Beach and 5-minute walk from bustling Rose Avenue, with direct access to Lincoln and a few minutes drive to Whole Foods and Costco.

The apartment is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, 8-seat dining space, comfortable living room with TV and a large sunlit patio with fire pit and BBQ exclusive to the apartment. The Master bedroom available includes a large work-from-home desk and bookshelves but you would be responsible for the rest of the furniture.

We're a (gay) married couple of young professionals working in tech. We enjoy an active lifestyle and love entertaining friends at home. We're both native Spanish speakers.
