Subleasing a beautifullly furnished room in my mid century modern apartment, starting on the 1st of April 2024.

I work from home so I would prefer someone who didn’t work from home full time since the walls are somewhat thin.

Month-to-month contract and if we vibe 6-month renewable contract possible.
In the heart of Venice, 10 min from the beach and 5 min walking distance from Abbot Kinney and all its restaurants, shops and bars!

I absolutely love living here, everything is walkable and there is so much to do.
