Bedroom in house by the Venice canals

A room will be becoming available in my Venice Beach house that I'll be looking to fill in March if I find the right fit. The room has a private entrance/ side yard with a hammock and outdoor seating area. The room is furnished with a corner desk/ dresser combo, tv and queen bed.

The house sits on a corner lot right next to the Venice Canals- about 2 blocks to the beach, 1 block to Washington, Abbott Kinney, and close to the boardwalk. Can’t beat the location really.

Front yard has hammocks, an outdoor shower and outside lounge chairs. The house has 2 living rooms, a pool table, dining room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, back patio w/ fire pit, outdoor seating, and a garage for storage.

Tenants are 3 guys and 1 girl who all remain busy with work during the day and use the common areas sparingly when home. I’m looking for a responsible tenant that has a similar disposition and will fit seamlessly into the situation. Needs to be responsible enough to pay rent on time and hold a steady job outside the house. The house is pretty mellow these days and we’re not bringing the party back but guests are welcome to hang out and shoot pool or hang out just as long as you’re considerate of the other housemates.
