One block to the ocean, not in the party crazy part of Venice but in a quiet set of pretty gated beach houses. Life with two house cats, plenty of soft white towels and laundry in the house, chic and cozy.

Friendly neighborly street, mostly private houses that are gated. Adulting, respectful, and appreciating a comfortable chic house. The large art in the bedroom was sold, and the desk replaced with a white one, not the black shown. Smoking is okay outside. More photos on request.
