Hello! My name is Kira. I'm looking for a 3rd roommate to replace one who is moving to San Diego. and Brandon are both working professionals working in the tech and music spaces. I'm looking for someone to take my vacant room starting September 1st.
I am fine removing the bedframe from the room or replacing it with something better. The desk in the photo was moved out of the room so there's more space in it.
We love living here for many reasons! There is a beautiful fruit garden in the front yard. Lots of natural light and we're a 5min walk to penmar park, 15min walk to abbott kinney in the calmer area of Venice one block east of Lincoln. We have a washer/dryer, dishwasher, projector in the living room. Venice beach is a 10min bike ride away.
We have a great relationship with our landlord who gives us a wonderful rate compared to other Venice rentals.
