Looking for a 3rd roommate! We’re two fellas aged 26 and 28, and have loved living here the past year. Amazing location, almost right on the sand and a 2 min walk to Venice pier. 1500 sq ft, two balconies. Hmu with any questions or photo requests. Looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.
We have three parking spots (two are tandem), and two guest spots in the building’s garage.
We also have AC and heat (central air), and in unit washer/dryer. Also room can be furnished or you can bring your own furniture (up to you).
