Cozy room comes partially furnished with bed (not one in photo!) large closet and newly upgraded private bath. House privileges including access to kitchen and backyard featuring amazing avocado tree. Truly a hidden gem in the city.

Centrally located to freeways (405, 10, 110, 105), the soon-to-open Crenshaw/LAX Metro line (mile from Expo line). Plus, a short drive to Playa Vista, Culver City and the beach as well as Downtown and colleges, including USC, Loyola and West LA.

Month-to-month lease to start; open to longer stay for the right fit. Please no animals, I have a dog. This room is for one person only.

A few other things:

- You must love dogs, I have a small, terrier-looking mix who will know if you don't like her
- You love quiet, and believe home is a getaway from it all
- You are respectful of space, and go by the philosophy of "leave it the way you found it"
- You don't have a ton of stuff that you want to store in various nooks and crannies of the house
- You don't come with another person -- the space only accommodates one
