HOME-MATE WANTED: I?m looking for someone to share my spacious house with me and my mid-sized affectionate hypoallergenic mutt.

You will have your own private guest wing that includes (unfurnished):
- 1 large private bedroom
- 1 attached private bathroom
- 1 small bedroom
- 1 office

Shared spaces include:
- Large newly renovated kitchen/dining room
- Large family room
- Laundry in house
- Large backyard: car port hangout/workout space, raised garden, avocado tree
- Hot tub

Street parking plentiful and nice neighborhood to walk in. Kenneth Hahn Park is a quick drive away, LAX 20 min away and you will be centrally located to most of LA. Drug and smoke free home.

Available Sept 1st. COVID reduced price of $2400/month (for all 3 private rooms) + shared utilities.
$40 fee for background check with your application + references required.
2 months rent due upon move-in.
Open to a month-to-month OR 3-month term living agreement.

I'm on my early 40's and I typically work from home, but have my separate living space / office upstairs. I enjoy the peacefulness and tidiness of my home and sometimes entertain on the weekends so hopefully your lifestyle and personality also can complement mine.
