Room in a cute 3 bedroom house in Leimert Park. It can be furnished or unfurnished on request. There are 1.5 bathrooms. So you will share the full bath but the 1/2 bath is right next to the room and pretty much yours. Rent includes utilities, cable, etc. There is off street parking.
This location is close to the expo line which goes from downtown to Santa Monica. This stop is in the middle on Crenshaw. You can walk to the park or the Baldwin Hills Mall.
I'm very easy going and looking for a roommate that is the same. My daughter and I are vegitartians do we really prefer no meat cooked in the house. We have a fat dog and an indifferent cat. Both go in and out. No smokers please.
