View Park is surround by the 405/10/110/105. 20 minutes to Airport in traffic. It's locations makes for an easily drive or take a bus /train anywhere in the city. It's walking distance to Kennth Hahn Park and its Hiking trailing. The Baldwin Hills mall is the same walking distance in the opposite direction.
Sorry to say that I don't have much a view from inside the house, however step outside across the street and you see downtown.
The bedroom is 15x20 (give or take). There is a queen size bed with two closet. There is a Washer and Dryer. The house has central air conditional and heat. There are two baths/showers.
The other two roommates required to list would be my children. I have my 11 and 14 year old every Thursday/Friday and every 1st/3rd weekend of the month. They are reads and to themselves.
