You would have your own unfurnished bedroom and your own bathroom. Total square footage in the apartment is around 1,050.

This room is for one person only no couples or families.

Rent would be $1200 per month
Plus $1000 security deposit.

Your move in date will be ideally at the end of June with the earliest possible date at the start of June.
They?re are so many amenities as well they?re all on the website

No pets
