Trying out a new roommate.

Ideal roommate is respectful, communicates well, clean, no drama, good manners, and considerate. Also, one who doesn't have a lot of company/guests. No significant others can stay over. Someone who has a steady job, reliable, and drug-free. Ideally a single professional!!

My work schedule can vary at times so I may be home later some days and my morning starts early. I don't entertain much so I don't have people over alot. With that being said I'm usually by myself but if I get a roommate I'll be interactive and open. My home is my haven so it's my 'escape' from the craziness of the day.

The room is a Private room with a chaise lounger (see picture). There's no bed set in the room. An older tube TV (you can use your TV if you have one), nice Living room that's not often used. Shared bath and kitchen.

No central air but fan/heater are available.
No shoes or flip flops worn in house.
Only house slippers!
Kitchen appliances are available.
Street parking available.
