142 sq ft room with a 24 sq ft closet with a shelf and hanger pole . Closet doors are big sliding windows .There is a shared bathroom with one other tenant with a walk in shower , regular amenities, mirror and shelf tower. There is a/c all around the house which we control and use when it’s really hot or cold. There is dimmer lights in the room with a window facing out to the backyard . We do have 2 cats in the the house, 1 which always stays in the living room area , but we don’t allow any more pets in the house like cats or dogs. Absolutely no smoking .
